Grace Cleveland

As a wills, estates and trusts lawyer, Grace works with her clients and their tax and financial advisors to create and implement comprehensive and individualized wealth preservation and transfer solutions. She advises personal representatives, trustees and beneficiaries on the multitude of issues that can arise in the administration of an estate or trust, and regularly represents her clients in the BC Supreme Court.

Grace obtained her BA and her MA from the University of British Columbia, followed by her JD from the University of Alberta. She is proud to hold the additional designations of Certified Executor Advisor (CEA) and Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP).

Grace is passionate about her community and spends much of her spare time volunteering. She currently serves as Vice Chair on the board of directors for the Peace Arch Hospital Foundation, Vice Chair of the CBA WLF national executive, and as representative for Westminster County on CBABC's Provincial Council.
